it’s best to speak to your Counsellor about your individual needs and requirements.

I’m feeling nervous and scared about telling my story to someone I don’t know…
It’s absolutely normal to feel nervous when you are sharing your story with someone you haven’t met before. I can promise, you will be heard, validated, and feel comfortable in sharing your story with me. I am here to emotionally support you in being able to explore what is happening for you in your life currently. I am here to be able to help you, get past issues holding you back, and look to your future with excitement and unlimited possibilities.

How do I know if I need either Counselling or Clinical Hypnotherapy?
When we meet in our session, we can discuss your requirements, and then decide together what would be best for you in your unique situation. By having these options for both Counselling and Clinical Hypnotherapy, we can choose which approach to take, to get the best outcome for your specific needs.

Can I have Clinical Hypnotherapy over Zoom?
Absolutely you can. As long as we have the camera on, and I can monitor your body movements and cues, then it will be as if I am in the room there with you. And the great thing is that you are in your own surroundings, which means you will feel very deeply relaxed.
